Add an e-mail account in Windows Live Mail

Follow our step by step guide of how to create an account to read and send e-mails from your computer. Do you already know how, click the box below for account settings.

Start Windows Live Mail and click the menu in the top left corner and select Options > E-mail Accounts.
Click Add > Mailbox > Next.

Enter your e-mail address, password, and check the box to remember the password. Fill in the name you want your message to be sent from. Check the box to configure server settings manually > Next.

3. Adjust the settings

winLiveMailServer for incoming e-mail
Server type: IMAP.
Server address: m.work2go.net
Port: 993
Check the box for secure connection (SSL).
Authenticate with: Plain text
User login: e-mail address (the one you use to log in to your account).

Server for outgoing e-mail
Server address: m.work2go.net
Port: 465
Check the box for secure connection (SSL).
Check the box for Require authentication.

Continue by clicking Next > Finish.
