When you log into your account in a browser, you can access a variety of functions. On this page we have highlighted some of the features that we consider to be the most useful to know when you are a new user.<\/h5>\n

How to find the functions<\/h3>\n

1.<\/span> Click New<\/strong><\/span> message<\/strong> to create<\/span> a new e-<\/span>mail message.
\nClick the arrow<\/span> to<\/span> book a<\/span> new appointment<\/span>, create a new folder<\/span>, label etc<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Right<\/strong><\/span>-click on the<\/span> orange<\/span> highlighted field<\/span> <\/strong>(<\/span>in the picture) and select the categories you<\/span> want<\/span> to be visible<\/span> with a check mark<\/span> by clicking on<\/span> them.<\/span> To show<\/span> the bounding box<\/span>, select “Options”<\/span>.<\/span> You can<\/span> change the order of<\/span> the different categories<\/span> by<\/span> dragging and dropping them<\/span>.<\/p>\n

3.<\/span> Select the message you<\/span> want to move to<\/strong><\/span> a folder<\/span> <\/strong>and click the button<\/span> in the toolbar<\/span> and then<\/span> select the<\/span> appropriate folder<\/span>.<\/p>\n

4.<\/span> Select a message<\/span> and click<\/span> on the tag<\/strong><\/span> to select it<\/span>. The menu<\/span> that appears<\/span> also allows you<\/span> to remove<\/span> a tag.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"hitta-epost_w2g8-atgarder\"<\/a>5.<\/span> Under Actions<\/strong><\/span> you will find the<\/span> functions you<\/span> can perform<\/span>, adapted<\/span> along<\/span> where in<\/span> your account<\/span> you are.<\/span> For e<\/span>-mail you can for example print a message<\/span>, mark it as unread<\/span> in the list<\/span>, redirect it<\/span> to a<\/span> different e-mail address<\/span> (<\/span>ie forward it<\/span> without leaving<\/span> any trace<\/span> of<\/span> you)<\/span>, edit a received message<\/span> just as if it<\/span> was<\/span> you<\/span> who wrote<\/span> it<\/span> (<\/span>“<\/span>Edit as new<\/span>“) or<\/span> proceed from<\/span> a message<\/span> when you create<\/span> a new filter<\/span> or<\/span> book<\/span> an appointment.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

6. Click<\/span> the circular<\/strong><\/span> arrow <\/span><\/strong>if you<\/span> want to<\/span> reload<\/span> and update<\/span> the page you<\/span> are on.<\/span> For example,<\/span> to update the<\/span> changes made<\/span> in the<\/span> settings<\/span>,<\/span> display<\/span> mode<\/span>, or to see if<\/span> it<\/span> has just entered<\/span> a new<\/span> message<\/span> in<\/span> an added<\/span> external<\/span> account.<\/span><\/p>\n

7.<\/span> Under View<\/strong><\/span> you will find the different<\/span> display modes<\/span>, just like before.<\/span> The set-up<\/span> for<\/span> notifications when<\/span> you choose to<\/span> view them<\/span> by conversation<\/span> has improved<\/span> and it is<\/span> now much more<\/span> clearly<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"hitta-epost_w2g8-signatur\"<\/a>8.<\/span> Button to<\/span> send<\/span><\/strong> you will find<\/span> in the top<\/span> left corner.<\/span> If<\/span> you want to schedule<\/span> and send it<\/span> at a later time<\/span>, simply click the<\/span> arrow and<\/span> select Send later<\/span>.<\/p>\n

9.<\/span> Here you will find<\/span> the button to<\/span> check spelling<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n

10. Here y<\/span>ou will find the opportunity<\/span> to add<\/span> another signature<\/strong><\/span> than your<\/span> default signature<\/span>. There<\/span> is also the option<\/span> to request<\/span> a read receipt<\/span> by the recipient<\/span> and choose whether the message<\/span> should be written<\/span> as formatted text<\/span> (<\/span>which you can choose<\/span> the font size,<\/span> bold<\/span>, strikethrough<\/span> text,<\/span> etc.<\/span>) or as<\/span> simple and<\/span> plain text.<\/span> When you reply to<\/span> a message<\/span> you also get<\/span> the option to<\/span> specify how you<\/span> want the<\/span> original message<\/span> to appear in<\/span> your reply.<\/span><\/p>\n

11.<\/span> Attach<\/strong> a file<\/span> from your computer<\/span> or briefcase<\/span> to your message.<\/span> You can<\/span> also attach<\/span> selected<\/span> contacts’<\/span> contact cards<\/span> and other<\/span> e-mails from<\/span> your inbox.<\/span><\/p>\n

Most of<\/span> the<\/span> functions are<\/span> also<\/span> available<\/span> by right-clicking<\/span> or by selecting<\/span> and then<\/span> drag and drop.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
