Here are<\/span> tips on how you<\/span> can<\/span> save space on<\/span> your account.<\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n

\"7_kvota\"<\/a>Sometimes you can save too much unnecessarily and after a while it exceeds its quotas. The current use of the quota you will see in the top right corner and if you hover over your name you get a detailed description.<\/p>\n

If you exceed your quota, following may occur<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • You will receive an email informing you of your quota.<\/li>\n
  • You will be informed of your quota when logging in.<\/li>\n
  • Email sent to you may be returned back to the sender with a message
    \ninforming your mailbox is full.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    You can delete <\/span>in different ways<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Mark<\/span> what you want to delete<\/span> and<\/span> choose Delete from<\/span> the toolbar.<\/span>
      \n<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Mark<\/span> what you want to delete<\/span> and press the<\/span> Delete key<\/span>.
      \n<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Right-click on<\/span> what you<\/span> want to delete<\/span> and<\/span> choose Delete from<\/span> the menu.<\/span>
      \n<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Drag and drop<\/span> it<\/span> t<\/span>o the Recycle Bin<\/span> in the left column<\/span>.
      \n<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Do you want to<\/span> delete<\/span> several at once<\/span>, select them<\/span> by holding<\/span> down the Ctrl key<\/span> or <\/span><\/span>Shift<\/span>–<\/span>click to select multiple<\/span> consecutive.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Here are some tips on how to reduce the size of your mailbox<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Delete old messages no longer needed.<\/li>\n
      • Delete large attachments. Save attachments locally if you want to keep them.<\/li>\n
      • Delete files you no longer need in your Briefcase or Document.
        \nNOTE! If you save an email with an attachment to your Briefcase, a copy of the attachment will be saved twice in Work2Go.<\/li>\n
      • Sometimes you don’t need to keep all messages in the Sent folder. You can easily save up space by deleting unnecessary messages here.<\/li>\n
