You can set a filter to receive e-mails that are less important, such as newsletters and updates from social media, to be delivered to a separate folder instead of your inbox.<\/h5>\n

The folder<\/span> Activity<\/span> Stream<\/span> is placed in<\/span> your personal<\/span> list of<\/span> folders in<\/span> the overview window<\/span> to the left<\/span>, so that you can easily<\/span> go through<\/span> its contents<\/span> when you<\/span> have spare time.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

  1. \"aktivitetsstrom1\"<\/a>Click<\/span> the gear icon<\/span> next to the title<\/span> Folders<\/span> and select<\/span> Activity<\/span> Stream<\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n
  2. Put a checkmark<\/span> in the box<\/span> by<\/span> Moving messages<\/span> to activate the<\/span> activity<\/span> stream<\/span> and then choose<\/span> which messages<\/span> you want to<\/span> get moved<\/span> automatically<\/span>. Then click Save<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The following types of<\/span> messages<\/span> can be moved<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

    • Messages sent to<\/span> a distribution list<\/span> that you<\/span> are a member of<\/span>
      \n<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Commercial<\/span> mass mailing<\/span>
      \n<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Messages<\/span> where your<\/span> address is not in<\/span> the To or<\/span> in the<\/span> To or Cc<\/span> fields<\/span>
      \n<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Messages<\/span> from people who<\/span> are not in your<\/span> address book<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      You<\/span> can also<\/span> tune these settings\u00a0further <\/span>if clicking<\/span> Advanced Controls<\/span>.
