When you save files in the briefcase, the files will always be available, and you can share them with your colleagues.

You can also open<\/span> and work with<\/span> your files<\/span> directly in<\/span> Work2Go<\/span>. If you have created<\/span> them<\/span> in<\/span> Work2Go<\/span> you can continue<\/span> editing them<\/span> in the included word editor or in an application on<\/span> your computer<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n

Open<\/strong> \u2013 double<\/span>–click it<\/span><\/span>.
\nEdit<\/strong> \u2013 click edit in the<\/span> toolbar<\/span><\/span>.
\nMove<\/strong> a file from one<\/span> folder to another<\/span> –<\/span> by drag<\/span> and drop<\/span>.<\/span>
\nTag<\/strong> a file with<\/span> a tag<\/span> –<\/span> by <\/span><\/span>drag<\/span> and drop<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n

Create a new folder<\/h3>\n

  1. \"ny-mapp\"<\/a>Click the gear icon next to Folders in the left column> New portfolio.<\/li>\n
  2. Give the folder a name, a color and choose where in the hierarchy it should be saved > OK.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Select the folder where you want to save the file.<\/li>\n
    2. Click Upload File in the toolbar.<\/li>\n
    3. Click Browse to locate the file.<\/li>\n
    4. If you want to upload multiple files simultaneously Ctrl-click them.<\/li>\n
    5. Click OK to upload it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      You can choose<\/span> how you want to<\/span> view your files<\/span> in<\/span> folders<\/span>. You do this<\/span> by clicking<\/span> View<\/span> in the top right<\/span> corner of the toolbar<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

      \"7_bild\"<\/a>Saved images<\/span> in<\/span> format<\/span> jpg\/<\/span>jpeg, gif<\/span> or bmp<\/span> may be previewed in<\/span> Work2Go<\/span> when you select it<\/span>. This requires that<\/span> you have enabled<\/span> the view option<\/span> Preview window<\/span> to the right or<\/span> at the bottom<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Save<\/span> an attachment from<\/span> an<\/span> email message<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

      1. Click Briefcase in the message top box and the Add Portfolio is opened.<\/li>\n
      2. Find the folder you want to save the attachment in or create a new folder by clicking Create.<\/li>\n
      3. Click OK when finished.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        NOTE<\/span>!<\/span> The file<\/span> saved<\/span> in the briefcase<\/span> is a copy of<\/span> the one<\/span> in<\/span> the e-mail<\/span>. If<\/span> you don’t delete<\/span> the file<\/span> from the e-mail message,<\/span> then you will have<\/span> two copies<\/span> on your account<\/span>, which may be unnecessary<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
