Right-click address book &gt; Share Address Book.<br \/>\n2. Choose who you want to share the Address Book with:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Internal users or groups<\/strong><br \/>\nThe user or group must have a valid email address in Work2Go. Assign them one of the following roles:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>None:<\/em> An option you use to temporarily disable access to a shared Address Book without canceling the sharing. The Address Book will still remain in the other person&#8217;s account, but they won&#8217;t be able to view its content.<\/li>\n<li><em>Viewer:<\/em> can read the content, but can&#8217;t make any changes to it.<\/li>\n<li><em>Manager:<\/em> has full permission to read and edit the content. They can also create new Address Books, and delete it&#8217;s content.<\/li>\n<li><em>Admin:<\/em> has full permissions to read, edit, add, delete, accept or decline invitations and administrate its content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>External guests<\/strong><br \/>\nThey can only read the content of the Address Book, not make any changes. Just enter their email addresses and provide them with a password to view the content.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Public<\/strong><br \/>\nThey can only read the content of the Address Book and don&#8217;t need a password for it. Hand out the URL that appears in the box below. Right-click it and select \u201dCopy link\u201d to get hold of the full URL. Anyone who knows about the URL to this folder will be able to see its content. No one can however make any changes to it.<\/p>\n<p>3. In the Message area, select the type of message you want to send out to those you want to share your Address Book with.<br \/>\n4. Click OK when you&#8217;re done.<\/p>\n<div class=\"woo-sc-box  normal   \">\n<h3><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"short_text\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"hps\">Shared<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">contacts<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">for everyone at <\/span><span class=\"hps\">the company<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"hps\">If you<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">want to collect<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">addresses<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">of all<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">of the company<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">to have access to<\/span>, we recommend <span class=\"hps\">that you<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">create<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">it on<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">your<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">admin<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">account.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Since<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">you share<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">address book to<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">everyone.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">If<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">the shared address book<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">would be<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">available on<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">an employee&#8217;s<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">account<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">at a later time<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">stops<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">there is a risk<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">that your<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">shared<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">address book<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">deleted when<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">their account<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">is deleted<\/span><span class=\"\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Here we tell you step by step how you share your contacts.
