If you have multiple<\/span> e-mail addresses<\/span> (<\/span>roles) on<\/span> your account<\/span>, select the role<\/span> you want to send<\/span> your message<\/span> from<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

Who do you want to send?<\/h3>\n

\"7_gal_addr\"<\/a>Please enter the<\/span> e-mail address of<\/span> the<\/span> \/<\/span> those you<\/span> want to write to<\/span> in the To<\/span> or<\/span> Cc-field<\/span>.
\nYou can<\/span> either<\/span> type the address<\/span> yourself<\/span> or tap To<\/span> to search through<\/span> your address books<\/span>. If<\/span> the address is already<\/span> saved<\/span> in<\/span> Work2Go<\/span> you will<\/span> get a list<\/span> of<\/span> hit<\/span> results<\/span> that match what<\/span> you type<\/span> and you<\/span> won’t need to<\/span> enter<\/span> the entire address<\/span> yourself<\/span> but just<\/span> choose the right one<\/span> from the list.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you<\/span> want to<\/span> send a blind<\/span> copy to<\/span> someone and<\/span> do not see the<\/span> field<\/span>, <\/span>click<\/span> Show<\/span> Bcc<\/span> right of the<\/span> Cc field<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Write<\/span> the message and attach a<\/span> file<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Write<\/span> an appropriate subject<\/span> for<\/span> the message and<\/span> select <\/span>a priority if needed.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\"bifoga\"<\/a>Click the<\/span> arrow next to<\/span> Attach to<\/span> send<\/span> one or more files<\/span>. You can attach files<\/span> saved in your<\/span> computer or<\/span> briefcase in <\/span>Work2Go<\/span>. If<\/span> it’s an image<\/span>, you can<\/span> choose whether you<\/span> want the image to<\/span> be visible<\/span> in<\/span> the message itself<\/span> or whether it<\/span> should only be<\/span> attached as<\/span> a file.<\/span> You can also attach<\/span> another e<\/span>-mail message from your mailbox<\/span> or<\/span> a contact from<\/span> your address book<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Type your message<\/span> and correct the<\/span> formatting<\/span> if needed.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Check spelling<\/span> and other<\/span> settings<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

To get a read receipt when the recipient opens your message, click the arrow at the top Options > Request read recipt.<\/p>\n

To change the signature, click the arrow at the top Options > Signature.<\/p>\n

Send now or later?<\/h3>\n

\"7_skicka\"<\/a>If you don’t want to send the message immediately you can save it and send it at a later time, click Save draft.<\/p>\n

To schedule when it should be sent instead, click the arrow at the Send > Send later and the message will automatically be sent along the time you specify.<\/p>\n

Do you want to send your e-mail now, just click Send.<\/p>\n
