Select<\/span> with <span class=\"hps\">who<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">you want<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">to share the calendar<\/span><span class=\"\">:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Internal users or groups<br \/>\n<\/strong>The user or group must have a valid email address in Work2Go. Assign them one of the following roles:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>None<\/em>: An option you use to temporarily disable access to a shared Calendar without canceling the sharing. The Calendar will still remain in the other person&#8217;s account, but they won&#8217;t be able to view its content.<\/li>\n<li><em>Viewer<\/em>: can read the content, but can&#8217;t make any changes to it.<\/li>\n<li><em>Manager<\/em>: has full permission to read and edit the content.<\/li>\n<li><em>Admin<\/em>: has full permissions to read, edit, add, delete, accept or decline invitations and administrate its content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>External guests<\/strong><br \/>\nThey can only read the content of the Calendar, but can&#8217;t make any changes to it. Enter the email address of your guest and set a password.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Public<\/strong><br \/>\nThey can only read the content of the Calendar and don&#8217;t need a password for it. Hand out the URL that appears in the box below. Right-click it and select \u201dCopy link\u201d to get hold of the full URL. Anyone who knows about the URL to this Calendar will be able to see its content. No one can however make any changes to it.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"hps\">4. To<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">allow users<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">to view your private<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">appointments<\/span>, tick <span class=\"hps\">the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">box<\/span>.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hps\">5.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Select the type of<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">message to be sent<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">out to those<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">you want to share<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">your<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">folder<\/span>.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hps\">6.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">When you are finished<\/span> click OK<span class=\"\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>NOTE: Keep in mind that if you have chosen Public, you will need to notify about the URL.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Learn how and why you should share your calendar.
