\nIf you haven\u2019t installed the Outlook Connector yet, follow the guide Synchronizing with Outlook [PRO]<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>This tool (ZCOLogCtl.exe) is installed together with the Outlook Connector.
\nYou find it here: C: \\ Program Files \\ Common Files \\ System \\ MSMAPI<\/p>\n

\"zco_log\"<\/a>1. Double-click the file and enter the following information.<\/p>\n

Enable: Enable Logging, HTTP Logging, Verbose Logging
\nPath: select a location where the log files will be saved
\nPrefix: ZCO
\nMaximum Log File Size (MB): 10
\nClick OK to activate the tool.<\/p>\n

2. Restart Outlook and recreate your problem.
\n3. Go back to ZCO logging tool and uncheck the Enable Logging.
\n4. Restart Outlook again.
\n5. Pack the log files and send them to us for analysis.<\/p>\n
