Rest assured,<\/span> you<\/span> do not need to<\/span> be in place<\/span> in the office<\/span> to check your<\/span> emails.<\/span> You can always<\/span> access your<\/span> Work2Go<\/span> account from<\/span> a browser.<\/span> Would you rather<\/span> read it on your<\/span> phone<\/span> or<\/span> a tablet<\/span>, it is possible as well<\/span>. And you<\/span>, you<\/span> have not<\/span> forgotten to<\/span> activate your<\/span> away message, have you<\/span>?<\/span><\/p>\n

Time to activate your out of office message<\/h3>\n

Before you go on vacation, I would highly recommend you to activate a recorded message so that callers know that you are absent for some time to come. Please enter the message and specify when you will not be accessible and to refer to someone else who can help the sender instead. Do not forget to set the correct date of the period for which this message should be sent out automatically.
\nBy default, only one out of office message will be sent out to one and the same person who try to contact you several times during a seven day period. Contact us if you want it to be sent out more often.<\/p>\n

Send all<\/span> incoming<\/span> e-mails to<\/span> a colleague<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

With filters<\/span> you can forward your incoming<\/span> e-mail messages<\/span> to<\/span> one of<\/span> your colleagues.<\/span> You<\/span> can also choose to<\/span> keep a copy<\/span> of it in<\/span> your inbox<\/span>, so you do not<\/span> lose control<\/span> completely<\/span>. Choose<\/span> the condition<\/span> To or Cc<\/span> must be met<\/span> when creating<\/span> the filter,<\/span> so that<\/span> no message<\/span> will<\/span> missed<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Share your inbox<\/h3>\n

If<\/span> the colleague<\/span> that you<\/span> have asked help from <\/span>also<\/span> need access to<\/span> your old messages<\/span>, it is better that<\/span> you share<\/span> your entire<\/span> inbox<\/span> instead.<\/span> When<\/span> you share<\/span> your inbox<\/span>, you can choose different permission<\/span> levels<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

If your account<\/span> quota exceeds<\/span>, no new emails<\/span> can be sent to your<\/span> inbox.<\/span> Nor<\/span> is any\u00a0<\/span>away messages sent<\/span> from your account<\/span>, because<\/span> the message<\/span> sender<\/span> tried to send you<\/span> never reached<\/span> you.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Manage<\/span> your<\/span> e-mails from<\/span> the hammock<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

If you do not want to lose control altogether during your holiday, but continue to read and write e-mails, there is surely possibile to do so. Either log into your account in a browser or set up your account in your mobile or tablet.
