How<\/span> the years pass<\/span> by quickly.<\/span> I know that I<\/span> have written about<\/span> the calendar in<\/span> Work2Go<\/span> before.<\/span> This time<\/span> I want to highlight the<\/span> meeting<\/span> bookings and<\/span> special<\/span> ability<\/span> to<\/span> be able to book<\/span> rooms and<\/span> equipment in<\/span> the calendar in<\/span> Work2Go<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Book a room<\/span> for the meeting<\/span>
\n<\/span><\/h3>\n

Should you<\/span> book a room for<\/span> the meeting<\/span> that you are<\/span> planning,<\/span> you can do so<\/span> while<\/span> creating<\/span> the invitation<\/span> to the meeting.<\/span> This requires<\/span> of course<\/span> that someone<\/span> has registered<\/span> rooms on<\/span> your<\/span> administrator account<\/span> first.<\/span> If<\/span> you do not know<\/span> which rooms are<\/span> registered<\/span> in order to<\/span> be booked<\/span>, just click on<\/span> ‘<\/span>Search’ without entering<\/span> any<\/span> search criteria in<\/span> the invitation<\/span> and you get a list<\/span> of<\/span> all registered<\/span> rooms.<\/span> If<\/span> the room’s already<\/span> booked<\/span>, it appears clearly<\/span> while you try to<\/span> book it<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Invite a contact group to a meeting<\/h3>\n

Are you often planning meetings with the same group of people? Then create a contact group that you gather participants to. Then you just need to invite the group to the invitation. If it is a recurring meeting, such as monthly meetings, fill in an appropriate time interval for repeating the meeting.<\/p>\n

Book equipment for a meeting<\/h3>\n

Just as reservation of rooms, you can book equipment to the meeting. This requires of course that someone has registered the equipment available to borrow on your administrator account first. Equipment listed as resources in Work2Go<\/p>\n

Administration of booked equipment<\/h3>\n

The function to reserve equipment \/ resources is not only useful in meeting bookings. Is there for example a couple of loan computers or other equipment that is available for all to use, if necessary, are booking through a shared calendar a simple solution. Then you can quickly see if you need to borrow is available or not and if it is already on loan, you can see when it is available again.<\/p>\n

Sign up rooms and equipment on the Administrator account<\/h3>\n

The look is<\/span> a bit different<\/span> when<\/span> you log in to<\/span> the administrator account<\/span>. But<\/span> do not let that<\/span> stop you from<\/span> start to<\/span> register<\/span> rooms and<\/span> equipment.<\/span> Do you have<\/span> any questions<\/span>, contact us,<\/span> we will guide you<\/span> through the process<\/span>. And yes<\/span>, everyone has<\/span> an administrator account.<\/span> Often<\/span>, log in to that account<\/span> as<\/span> admin@yourdomain.com<\/span>
\nAt the top of<\/span> the right corner<\/span> it says<\/span> ‘<\/span>domain administrator’ if you are logged<\/span> on to that account<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n
